Try starting out by selecting the gold flower on the left to learn about proper “Breathing Technique”. You can select one specific color chakra in the center, or play all six sessions sequentially on the right for a complete spiritual, head to toe, mind and body experience. Drift away with the soothing voice of our highly experienced guide as she provides tips and insight on feeling complete relaxation.

EASY TO USE:
Simply download the app from Google Play or the App Store. Once opened a prompt appears.
The app has two mode settings: tap “yes” for a cardboard headset, tap “no” for phone display.
Use the phone’s gyroscope to move and make selections in 360° using the spiral reticle.
When it’s over a selection, it will begin to spin. Hold for four seconds to confirm.
